主旨报告环节邀请了中科院重大科技任务局副局长陈海生，浙
江省科协副主席、中科院宁波材料所副所长王立平，中南大学
自动化学院副院长梁步阁，浙江大学药学院专聘副院长、药理
毒理研究所所长应美丹和之江实验室基础理论研究院副院长刘
哲等五位嘉宾分享报告。
论坛还围绕“以需求为导向开展科技创新存在哪些难点，如何
破解”“高校、科研院所、企业、科技组织等如何利用自身优势
推动科技创新”“青年科技工作者作为科技创新的生力军，如何
坚持守正创新”开展三场圆桌对话，为推动守正创新、建设科
技强国建言献策。

In the keynote session, five guests including Haisheng Chen,
Deputy Director General of the Bureau of Major R&D Programs
of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Liping Wang, Vice
President of Zhejiang Association for Science and Technology
and Deputy Director of the Ningbo Institute of Materials,
Chinese Academy of Sciences, Buge Liang, Vice Dean of the
School of Automation, Central South University, Meidan Ying,
Specially-appointed Vice Dean of the College of Pharmaceutical
Sciences, Zhejiang University and Director of the Institute of the
Pharmacology and Toxicology of the College of Pharmaceutical
Sciences, and Zhe Liu, Deputy Director of the Research
Institute of Basic Theories, Zhejiang Lab respectively make their
presentations.
Three roundtable dialogues were also organized centering on
“what are the challenges and solutions for demand-oriented
scientific and technological innovation”, “how can universities,
research institutes, enterprises and scientific and technological
organizations use their advantages to promote scientific and
technological innovation”, and “how to adhere to integrity and
innovation by young scientific and technological works as a
new force of scientific and technological innovation” to provide
suggestions for promoting integrity and innovation and building
a strong country in science and technology.
