大会前期面向全球 35 个国家和地区进行了项目征集，在 610 家科技服务机构的支持下，来自中、美、日、德、加、
意、韩、俄等多个国家的 162 个硬科技项目（国际技术）脱颖而出，在大会上进行亮相展示。项目内容涵盖
光电芯片、人工智能、航空航天、生物技术、信息技术、新材料、新能源、智能制造等多个领域。
中国科协组织人事部二级巡视员宫飞，温州市政府副市长王振勇，瓯海区委书记曾瑞华出席大会并致辞，中
国科学院院士成会明、国际技术转移协作网络（ITTN）秘书长张璋作主旨报告。

The event solicited projects from 35 countries and regions. Under the support of 610 science and technology
service organizations, 162 hard & core science and technology projects (international technologies) from
China, the United States, Japan, Germany, Canada, Italy, South Korea, Russia, etc. stood out from the crows
and were showed at the event. The projects covered multiple areas, including optoelectronic chips, AI,
aerospace, biotechnology, information technology, new material, new energy, intelligent manufacturing, etc.
Fei Gong, Second-Class Inspector of the Department of Organization and Personnel of China Association for
Science and Technology, Zhenyong Wang, Vice Mayor of the People’s Government of Whenzhou, and Ruihua
Zeng, Party Secretary of Ouhai District attended and addressed the event. Huiming Cheng, Academician
of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Zhang Zhang, Secretary General of the International Technology
Transfer Network (ITTN) respectively made keynote speeches at the meeting.
