项目签约环节，瑞安市委副书记、市长秦肖，瑞安市委常委、副市长林政洪，副市长朱勋，
瑞安市国投集团董事长钟慧明以及来自高校、研究机构的专家代表，与瑞安当地的汽
车零部件企业上台签约。项目涵盖招商引资、智能化生产线建设、产业基金、新型技
术研发等多个领域，其中落地重大招商引资项目 4 个，总投资 140 亿元，引入产业基
金合作项目 4 个、新型产业项目研发共同体 4 个及拟上市公司募投项目 4 个。

At the signing ceremony, Xiao Qin, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Ruian Municipal
Committee and Mayor of Ruian, Zhenghong Lin, Member of the Standing Committee of
the CPC Ruian Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Ruian, Xun Zhu, Vice Mayor of
Ruian, Huiming Zhong, Chairman of Ruian State-owned Assets Investment Group, and
experts representing universities and research institutes signed agreements with local
auto parts companies in Ruian. The projects covered investment attraction, intelligent
production line construction, industry fund, new technology R&D and other fields, and
included four major investment implementation projects with a total investment of 14
billion yuan, four introduced industry fund cooperation projects, four new-type industry
project R&D communities, and four corporate fundraising projects for going public.
