三年来，温州创新异军突起，蓄势蝶变。开放合作掀起新热潮，创新体系得到重塑，
科技产业加速融合，优秀人才纷至沓来，温州将牢记“续写创新史”殷殷嘱托，聚焦
科技强、人才强、产业强、青年强，打造区域重要人才中心和创新高地，努力在中国
式现代化进程中写下一部具有典型意义的温州创新史。诚邀大家以峰会为契机“来
温州·创未来”。

Xiaotao Liu pointed out that WYSS has become an important brand of China’s youth
diplomacy in science and technology, an important window for Zhejiang’s opening up,
and an important platform for Wenzhou to access global resources, fully demonstrating
the power of truth and practice contained in General Secretary Xi Jinping’s congratulatory
letter.

Over the past three years, Wenzhou has emerged as a new force in innovation and is
gaining momentum for transformation. A new wave of open collaboration has started, the
