AND TECHNOLOGY AWARD

中国青年科技奖于 1987 年设立，是面向全国广大青年科技工作者的奖项。该奖项
由中共中央组织部、人力资源社会保障部、中国科协、共青团中央联合发起，旨在表
彰在国家经济发展、社会进步和科技创新中作出突出贡献的青年科技人才。奖项每
两年评选一届，30 多年来，已成功举办 16 届，已有约 1500 位青年科学家获奖。

本届共有 100 名青年科学家获奖，其中包括 10 名特别奖获得者，他们弘扬新时代
科学家精神，为建设世界科技强国奋发有为砥砺建功，在基础研究、工程科技、科
学普及、成果转化方面取得突出成绩。

Established in 1987, China Youth Science and Technology Award aims to recognize and
reward young scientific and technological workers across the country. The Organization
Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social
Security, China Association for Science and Technology, and the Central Committee
of the Communist Youth League jointly initiated this award with the aim to recognize
and reward young scientific and technological talents who have made outstanding
achievements in promoting national economic development, social progress, and scientific
and technological innovation. Winners of the award are selected every two years, which
has been successfully organized 16 times over the past 30 years, and about 1,500 young
scientists have been rewarded.

This year’s award was given to 100 young scientists, 10 of whom were given the special
award for their promotion of the scientist spirit in the new era, their great contributions to
building China into a powerful country in science and technology, and their outstanding
achievements in basic research, engineering technology, science popularization, and
achievement transformation.
