Resilient cities are actually about many things. If a city is able to
better function and maintain people's lives under the influence
of some special blows and adverse conditions, then this is the
importance of resilient cities.

隧道激发极化的超前探水方法与技术，这种方法存在于地面上，
因为地面半空间探测，电流向下传播，地下信息易于获取，观测
面足够大，探测深度较大。

Tunnel excitation polarization, a method and technology for
detecting water with pilot holes, is applied on the ground,
because for ground half-space detection, current transmits
downward, underground information is easy to obtain, and the
observation surface is large enough to detect a greater depth.
