In the summit dialogue session, Xiujun Cai, president of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital
(SRRSH), affiliated with the Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Xiang Chen, vice
president of Central South University, Kun Sun, president of Xinhua Hospital, Ruihua
Xu, president of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (SYSUCC) and Shengwei Jin,
vice president of WMU hosted the keynote speech session. Weijie Sun from China
Association of Higher Education, Mengfeng Li from Southern Medical University,
Shuqun Cheng from Shanghai Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital, Yuanjin Zhao
from Southeast University School of Biological Science & Medical Engineering, and
Meihua Sui from School of Basic Medical Sciences, Zhejiang University had in-
depth exchanges on the need to promote the development of health care through
transformation of science and technology and integration of disciplines under the
background of eliminating the practice of recognizing "papers, executive titles,
professional titles, academic qualifications, or awards only".
